How many times has someone asked you how you are but not really wanted to hang around to hear the truth? Superficial pleasantries don’t give you the space to feel truly seen or heard. It is when we are deeply witnessed in a loving, sacred, confidential, non-judgemental space, that Grace occurs, leading to acceptance and healing.

The nature of this deep listening is much more subtle and comprehensive than the ordinary mode practiced by most people. It is a complete inner attention, a devout listening with one's whole heart. I create a bespoke experience for each client to meet their needs, so it is comfortable, resonant and lovingly flows. I offer visualisations, meditations, prayers and blessings too. Some clients just prefer to sit in the sacred space. If they are moved to talk, I actively listen, deeply witness and gently reflect back. Clients often reveal their own medicine and for many, burdens are lifted and they leave with a lightness and sense of hope.

As a One Spirit Interfaith Minister, I offer spiritual accompaniment, rituals and ceremony to help navigate the difficult transitions in life too, particularly those experiencing grief and loss. I also work with people of all faiths and none to explore their sense of spirituality or purpose, support spiritual awakening and investigate life’s deeper meanings.
